If it's not worth my time to handwrite it for them probably not worth interacting with them...Although I've thought about buying 1000 business cards and throwing them out my car window as I go & seeing if I would ever get a response.LOL at the sponge business card but not sure I want someone washing themselves with my contact info.

We have had multiple homes with septic and lots of wash with no issue so soap damaging the septic doesn't hold water for me.

I liked the heated seats and, urm, "self-washing" um... actually it self-cleaned the toilet and it self-cleaned my butt.

Every time a guest checks out, I have to wash a set of sheets, a blanket, 2 towels, and a bath mat.  

Other times, if they are in difficult areas and the flow is good and not badly discolored or washing sediment into the basins, we will only do the main trunk line but leave the subsidiary lines.

I didn't think much of it, then when I went into the laundry room, I found a pipe full of weed on top of the washing machine.

I've got a massive, 3,400 square foot house that is right next door to a car wash, corner store, and a newly redeveloped highway (construction almost complete).It's got 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, laundry room, and extra room (used to be single garage).  

It's a wash for the tenants so no motivation.Personally I believe the costs of energy savings and especially "green" is a waste of money if tenants are paying for utilities.

@Sam Amir Why would damage to the garage be treated any differently than damage to a washing machine?
