Whether it is too much stuff inside the closet or rough handling, they seem to be common sticky widgets for tenants...I would not fret over the closet door too much.

the heights has a lot more inventory now and price reductions year over year and a lot of the youngprof i know that lived in the spec areas of there/rice military are looking to suburbs for schools for kids or moving to west u/bellaire...its not very clear why this east end needs to develop...did you guys see that huge micro loft project?

It is easy to install for first timers, but the sticky parts can crack if you have to pull it up more than once to get it right.

If there's ever any question about my listings reaching appraised value for a sale, (and even if there's not) as a listing agent, I'll plan to meet the appraiser there, schmooze them (not in a sticky sweet way, but just be VERY pleasant and welcoming) and offer my comparables, and why I have it priced like I do
