Any advise on actions an investor can take to remove squatters?

Imperfect action beats perfect inaction, every day.

Then there is what to do when things go wrong ... getting investors to agree on coarse of action.

Hi all, I have done lot of home work but unable to take action yet.

But now I think I'm ready to take that next step and put things into action.

Regardless of what you decide, I do not believe it is the only action someone will need to take to "survive to '25".

Because the landlord is a dick and I paid my rent or because u want to stereotype me with a legal term if I where an applicant and u used this against me and denied me because of it .in California I believe I might have legal action against you.

Follow the rules as allowed by your lease and let those actions drive you to the next logical step.
