Great property prospect overrun with squatters
Any advise on actions an investor can take to remove squatters? We found a 5 bedroom home in SoCal for $441.000 with neighboring comps at $700,00. The rub of coarse is the buyer will inherit, what my realtor has deemed as " Over run" by squatters. Hate to miss this opportunity, but with all the craziness today I'm afraid they may have more rights than the home owner. Anyone have a life lesson they could share?
