You are allowed to find a house and offer it up for sale on Craigslist, signs flyers, tv ads, internet sites etc.

I didn't do too much research on them, just a quick internet search but that's a solid rental area and those houses look solid (literally, all brick is nice).

Do your research on the Internet to gather as  much info on these types of money scamming companies.
