Run PPC and SEO campaigns to buy houses and some of those leads will work for seller financing.

So, the SEO on the website is certainly going to be tied to the term.

My main takeaways are: that networking/putting yourself out there in order to raise private money is very important; don't be afraid to pivot strategies (website, SEO, real estate); and deal generation/pipeline are paramount.

You've done a really good job with this.My only word of advice is for you to build out some content pages to help with SEO.

It only costs like $200-300 to get a professional photographer and that could be the difference between not renting and renting at prime prices- SEO - as mentioned earlier, it takes 3-5 months to ramp up the listing (and that includes the SEO).
