What's the best way to find seller financing leads, I have tried craigslist and Facebook marketplace. I appreciate any input!

People who are most likely to seller finance have their property paid off and don't need all the cash to get into a new purchase. That being said, it's a very foreign concept to a lot of these sellers and it has to be driven home. Outline the pros for them 

1. Tax advantages 

2. Steady income 

3. Quick close
