Hi Genesis Pacheco, what you describe sounds to me like wholesaling, find a deal get it under contract with terms, line up the seller and collect the difference without using your own money, swinging a hammer, or dealing with the property itself hardly at all, as you said "the middle person making a profit" , if you have not already started i would dive into the podcasts, blogs, and also search the forums for wholesaling tips/strategies to help fill in the blanks you may be having , if that is your desired thing to do in REI, i prefer buy an hold.

They paid the rent and a $650.00 Security Deposit, NOT $900.00 as claimed now....You know what they say, if it smells like a scam artist and behaves like one,it probably is....This person also signs differently to their printed name and has changed their name in the last three years....
