New to Sacramento, Originally from the SF Bay Area

Hello Everyone,

I recently moved to Sacramento from Oakland, California for a job.  I have adjusted quite well to living here in Sacramento.  Clear differences from Sacramento and the Bay Area can be seen most starkly in the cost of housing.  After being on my job for nearly a year and in the industry for over 3 years, I feel its time to start really investing in my future.  I would love to get involved in some multi-family housing opportunities as well as single family homes.  It seems to me, that the biggest hurdle for getting into real estate investing is financing.  I would love to make the connections that can help me explore my interests as well as expose me to new opportunities.  I look forward to meeting and working with the connections I make from this forum.
