I would guess that she got it out last night since it got cold and would probably freeze up and she would get better traction. or Maybe her son pushed it.  

For me personally, I don't think I would have gained focus or traction if I never sat down and started on my plan.

I love the infill development idea, I have thought about that for the Wilmington area which is really starting to get some traction again. 

If we then get some traction (acceptance or a close counter) and investor #1 backs out, I have several more the deal might work for.  

@Eric Zunkley - I doubt an offer demanding vacant units would have much traction.  

Saving and paying down my debt is my priority right now but I feel like I'm never going to get traction in REI.I have a VA loan available to me but I just started a new job so I don't have enough income history yet to be able to get it.

Eventually, you will get some traction and find the deal you're looking for.

We will rent it out if we do not see enough traction on our lake house.I would strongly advise discounting your STR income as well.  

We are a general contractor in addition to investing/developing and while I think that we will get some traction from the container homes I would recommend against them as part of an investment portfolio.
