I was pre approve with an FHA loan but seems to me that I can get a better deal on a home and rehab it my style, for, FHA alone does not approve homes in need of repair.

Funny how the one we did the best on was across the street from a teaching hospital, and the ones we didn't do too well on were C areas that descended into D areas quicklyWe always said that once we had some equity built up in our primary house, that we'd tap into it and start investing again.
