They were apparently more interested in trying to impress me with their scare tactics and feeling threatened by someone asking them a million questions, I guess.Anyways, fast forward now about 3.5 years, and after WE got out there and rented a massive drain auger and ran it for a few hours - and we have  not had ONE more issue with the drain line on that house.Roto Rooter makes bank - and they do it on a culture of intimidation, scare tactics, and lack of understanding on the part of their customers. 

Keller Williams has a collaborative culture that is very supportinve of these concepts.

Last week was held at Resident Culture Brewing Company, 2101 Central Ave Charlotte, North Carolina 28205.

However, every area has cultural nuances that an out-of-towner couldn't possibly understand at first glance.  

I prefer North KC due to it's location, amenities and lack of a hardcore meth culture.

Hello everybody,Thanks in advance for just being here.Perhaps introduction is only a formality, but I am hoping to take the next step into the awesome BP culture of interaction and learning.

Including taxes, HOA, insurances and especially a property manager cost as I have to make that investment fully passive (no active income allowed in my situation).I have experience in rental in my home country but as there are many differences (both financial and cultural) I just see myself with that project here as a newbie.

We live in a culture of convenience (and laziness)....tenants don't want to pay more bills (as much as you don't). 

The blog tries to incorporate 80s/90s pop culture with real estate, to appeal to more than just residential property investors.I enjoy writing and I think people enjoyed reading the first several posts, I just have no idea how to get it in front of more people. 

i have learned sooo much from the bigger pockets culture. you have no idea how much you have educated me in the past year. i am a degenerate. born and raised around such. i don't know anyone who truly cares about tomorrow in my life. so i am here looking for my creed. lol.
