Hello All, Have been a lurker here for awhile then it dawned on me.

These offer much more positive control than a conventional thermostat in a lockbox in the hallway.For electrical, the obvious...switch to cfl's or T8 fluorescents with electronic ballast; High pressure sodium or other efficient exterior lights that should be on dusk to dawn sensors only.

Here's another platitude: it's always darkest before the dawn.

Things like square footage, parking, A/C, W/D, dishwashers, year built / renovated, etc all impact how much rent you can get.

The lord will heap back upon them the full weight of their overpriced properties and cast them into a sea of short sales and bankruptcy.A new age will dawn.

If they give you a canned response, you can bet they sent the same thing to several other landlords and will probably waste your time at the showing with things like "Oh, I didn't know this didn't have a dishwasher".
