I helped around the house, helped them with getting around, running earnings and making dinners.

I have noticed quite a few posters lately that are requesting help, opinions, prices and information on their properties where a good answer would require either the square footage, the location or both....and they provide neither.

I've had a long eviction and a big turnover so just trying to help you avoid something similar.

I might be able to help, but what's the reason your builder is looking to refinance? 

@Geoff Engel depending on what amount of available cash you are starting with and what you ultimately want to achieve will help determine your path.

Same as you wouldn't only invest in one stock (or the stock market), diversifying allows you a bit of a safety net in case one goes down.With real estate a lot of people focus on cash flow, but remember tenants are paying down your mortgage for you and helping you build equity and over time (eg 5-10 years) your house will also appreciate in value.
