I have noticed quite a few posters lately that are requesting help, opinions, prices and information on their properties where a good answer would require either the square footage, the location or both....and they provide neither. This is not the first time, but I noticed a LOT of these this past week.....

So I would request: if you're going to come on this great forum and request our help, could you please give us the SF and location of your property?

I think with it being newer accounts/investors they don't think of the specifics needed. With it being an investment it's hard to give advice without it. Most common scenario I see is "should I sell?" but they don't provide current rent, value, what they have capital wise, etc.
