It's just that you're limited to ONE AT A TIME, meaning that if/when you move, you can apply again, after transitioning your original FHA-approved Loan into a conventional Loan.

What Tony did do is a great job of buying hard money, and transitioning to traditional financing- locking in a great low interest rate.  

Im currently taking courses to obtain my Real Estate license at the end of this year and become a part time Realtor .My plans are to become a Realtor Part Time (while working) and transition to a full time Agent.

He teaches classes and has transitioned full time into real estate.

Relocation program, cooperating with out of state agents and coordinate tasks to make it as smooth transaction and a pleasant Transition for the buyer.

BRRRR basically targets the same areas as flips (it's a flip you don't sell) so generally those are the transitioning neighborhoods.  

Good afternoon,I have a question about screening potential tenants who are transitioning from the Military and moving from Alaska. 

A few weeks later they called the board of health on me.I review the items from board of health, and they are very ridiculous.Example, stain on the ceiling (need repair), the toilet seat is old and not smooth (need repair), tenant has no access to the basement, I don't post my contact information in the building ... etc.What is your opinion on this matter if you have encountered it in the past?
