The only caution I would say is not on the insurance side but on the sales side, if I walked up to a property and saw a bunch of patches on a roof it would be a red flag to me.

They live in very deep water and the meat is toxic (though the Scandinavians prepare it in a manner which reduces the toxins and consider it a {possibly} deadly delicacy.I thought it was now illegal to catch/cull these sharks due to their slow rate of reproduction and {fear of} declining numbers?
