Coretec Plus floor
I saw two mentions of this product on the forums and was looking for more feedback.
This is for a house and I want to do the main floor using all the same product--even kitchen. Currently there is original tile from when the house was built in 1983 that has a lot of cracks. Not sure if the cracks are from poor install or that the house is built on sand so maybe a bit more movement.
I thought I could use the Pergo Outlast + product that is supposed to withstand water for 24 hours but then I discovered Coretec Plus which is waterproof.
What impressed me about this product besides being waterproof is that I was told no underlay is needed AND no demo of old tile is necessary. Also, it looks gorgeous.
Flooring is a huge investment. Trying to get it right.
