Looking For A Niche Buyer
I've been thinking about investing in 55+ communities in the Tampa Bay area for about a week. I feel like it's a great niche to target and specialize in, but the challenge will be finding the buyers.
Other than the one-time buyer, how should I go about finding other investors that are 55+ that would be interested in this specific niche?
