I can teach someone to do just about anything that's not rocket science, but I can't (or won't) teach them how to come to work every day, give a **** about the work they're doing, be honest, treat other employees and the public with respect, be on time, dress appropriately, etc.

Once you lock one down please share and I'll do the same.If anyone out there has there numbers down to a science based off closed deals please share.

The science shows we aren’t.

After reading some of his posts I have become fascinated by his depth of research and seemingly powerful ability to sniff information -- however, I cannot help but be apprehensive as to the validity of the information provided (after all, this is search-engine research).

My purpose here is to spread wisdom and knowledge on the art of fulfillment, science of achievement, influence, and financial freedom.

I have found a few people in our area through BP but I am fascinated to meet new people with similar goals/aspirations as myself especially in my local market.

I was fascinated and became engrossed in listening to each investor's story.

Hey everybody, My name is Seth and I have been contemplating the idea of real estate investing for a while now and have always been fascinated with the concept of creating long term passive income sources. 

What I find funny/frustrating/fascinating is that there is clearly a great deal of agreement between all the experienced investors (like @Jonathan Twombly, and @Ben Leybovich and @Jay Hinrichs) about most of the data points as well as the overall status of the market - short term and long term.
