As a RE investor, I want a tool to fully integrate with quickbooks to visualize my individual property metrics and aggregate my portfolio to help me see their performance and make decisions more quickly.  

Best of all, when it comes to re-rent the apartment down the road, you don't need to help the prospective tenant visualize what the space could look like with their preferred color.

If you read their disclaimer, it states that they can only visually observe what is.

I am a visual learner and am just looking for something that shows this process being done!

Imagine a potential buyer being able to review a home you've taken them to and actually visualize themselves in the home (begin to plan themselves in it).

Can you look at how I am visualizing it and correct it if there are errors? 

We also try and post pictures so that the guests can visualize themselves in that same situation to see the benefits they may get from renting. 

Functionally, the texture won't hurt anything, but visually it cheapens the job, would make me question the quality of workmanship throughout.

I feel as though i need to be able to visualize my business and take that visualization and move it into podio.
