The heat was very high recently and the air conditioner above unit had some issue and the water dipped from the pipe of that unit and damaged my unit.So I requested clarification to my property management company how they provided a quote without identifying the root cause, but haven't got any response yet.

I think the root cause of the stress over the repair is that I don't trust tenants telling the truth given he lied about a long term lease and actually only looked for a flexible arrangement until he found a house to buy.

Like maybe a do it yourself combination laser eye surgery and root canal or maybe buying a new set of tires for your car and trying to mount them on the rims by yourself.
