That being said, we are considering a variety of investment opportunities for passive investing and will be talking to several companies.

My advice is to learn as much as you can about a wide variety of related topics: real estate, construction, maintenance, investing, finance, law, business, sales, marketing, etc.  

For this purpose, they probably won't be the pre-finished variety, but rather ones that need to be completely stripped, re-painted, etc. 

My personal interest is in understanding better the variety of options to take to get pluggedin with a broker.  

Their employees perform a variety of functions, including water quality and law enforcement, fire suppression, harvest regulation, and even timber industry promotion.

Typically Mortgage Bankers are going to do their loans in house, have a wide variety of banks/lenders to sell to.

I am an avid reader and listener of audiobooks from a variety of authors and subjects such as Dave Ramsey, Dr.

but that's not the case there's a wide variety of options.

And, with the wide variety of passive investment options, there is a way to make solid real estate investments today.
