A lot of them are designed to run on a big battery; check to see if it can just run from the charger all the time.One drawback is that it may only have a relatively wide-angle lens; as far as I know you can't usually swap lenses like you can with a "real" security camera.Wally World sells a few and the big local hunting / sporting goods store will have more.

Of course I understand the main drawbacks will be the variable rate adjustable every 6 months, but I ran a worst case scenario for the rate cap, and I should be able to still cover, and if rates end up going much higher after 10 years (I don't think this is likely) so I would be in a sticky situation.Thank you in advance as always for your responses and time!

There are drawbacks on the loan, but I would at least look into it if you can not find other ways to finance the rehab.
