I am house hacking my unit and is there any difference in those processes as opposed to a regular rental property?

Good morning,I do have a question that I wanted to get some insight if there are any glaring cons in my thought process/future action.

I’m in the process of converting one of the units into a short-term rental and could use some advice.I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth using a dynamic pricing tool to maximize revenue and whether I should invest in property management software to help manage bookings, communication, and other tasks.Any recommendations or insights from your experience would be greatly appreciated.

It took less than 5 minutes to enter this data into the BP Rental Calculator and see that the potential was outstanding.

It took 3 years, but,  I finally navigated the permitting process and now have all the permits I need to build 6 small cabins on a river in the mountains.

The very basics would be getting your furniture and shopping list together, keyless entry like Schlage (with backup lockbox with physical key very close as well), looking into insurance, local taxes for STRs, and moreAlot of ways to save time and make it easier to self manage with a property management software like Hospitable and data research like AirDNA.

It does not matter if you invest in Vegas or Florida the process will be the same.
