Every insurance agent/company should have big sign posted in front that states "We're an insurance company, we are not here to protect your interest or to make you whole.

You are off to a great start, but a post like this is just a bat signal for anyone and everyone to pitch you something because you have saved so much at such a young age.

The problem is, none of it is based on actual comps, and again, the word "cute" doesn't have anything to do with setting those numners.What you need to do is a full analysis of the comps for both rent and sold in your area. 

What do I care if someone owns a property they post to their website or not?

but, my my first question with these posts is why can you not use conventional financing anymore?
