I've watched a few of Brandon's webinars and trainings and have several pagers of notes but any additional info you guys can provide would be awesome.

For just starting out, I would try to immerse yourself in learning all that you can (listen to all the different podcasts, read BP book, read  books that BP people recommend, watch the free webinars that BP puts out weekly).

Look for meet ups in your area (virtual), attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate.

The goal of the duplex is cash flow - at least $200 / mo (once we move out)The goal of the single-family is undetermined yet -Down the line, I'd also like to look at BRRR or other strategies where I'm doing some flips, but I don't want to get too ahead of myself just yet.I've been looking at various areas in and around Milwaukee and listening to a bunch of podcasts and webinars on how to analyze a deal and a market. 

I found BP about a year and a half ago and I have learned a lot from the material available (webinars, forums, podcasts, books, etc.).

I am thinking of house hacking my first property in Texas or buying and renting.I’ve been attending webinars, events, reading, and meeting new people to gain as much knowledge as I can.

There are SO many available podcasts, webinars, and incredible investors who will share insight and recommendations right here.
