They offer free service for the first 5 days as a trial, then its like 8 bucks a month.I also tried Drivingfor$ but they only do 5 free houses then its $20 for 100, seemed kinda steep to me.

Or some variation of this idea?  

It's $19.95 a month and worth trialing because it has no contract or implementation like other software.
