I would like to Specialize in Mortgage notes, Promissory notes, land contracts, Seller Carry-back financing notes, and Mobile Homes notes with land affixed, & people who do foreclosures and are interested in selling those notes in simultaneous closings.

If that were true, we could all go around buying FSBO homes and then relisting them with an agent for a nice profit - you'd be rich within a year.The truth is that: 1) FSBO homes are typically way overpriced, and 2) Lower priced homes (mobile or located in rural areas) are more likely to list FSBO.

My family has mobile home lots that are empty and I am wanting to purchase mobile homes to fill the lots.

An investor purchased 2 mobiles homes from a long time tenant who was paying lot rent in my mobile home park.

Currently I am an active real estate investor and developer (single family and large scale senior housing) but I am looking to get involved in mobile home parks. 

I am looking for recommendations to refinance a single wide mobile home that is located in a park.
