Mobile Home Refi Recommendations

I am looking for recommendations to refinance a single wide mobile home that is located in a park.

It's tenant occupied. Currently mortgaged with 21st Century at 10.74%. Should be paid off in nine years. They can refi but it wouldn't even drop a one percent APR.

Don’t want to move it out of the park right now but I have considered it. I have looked into selling it every one or two years during tenant turnover (no luck). I raise the rent as much as I can and now I’m working to cut expenses.

I’ve been gathering a list of companies just looking to see if anyone has had any positive experiences.

Thank you!
