Wood burning fireplace, on a golf course. 

The house I need financing for is a 3/2, block house with a metal roof, large fenced back yard, fireplace, and 1-car carport.

Previous owner didn't know how to vent fireplace, so lots of smoke damage.  

we also cleaned the chimney and got new fireplace screens for them to have something while the boiler was in the works. gas company is long gone from responding. still waiting on final words from insurance co.

I belive one of the deciding factors is which would go better with the cobblestone fireplace in the living room, as it is the focal point.
