If the fence is yours, piling dirt against it would put it at high risk of premature rot and should be illegal.

Is it worth it to frame the inside of the exterior walls to Insulate and put dry wall on easier?

In one, it is hot and dry with a chance of tornadoes.

Stay away from credit repair companies because they suck you dry and pretty much do nothing for 3-6 months until they send out the same letters you can send out to the creditors and bureaus.
