when i get an email that someone's replied to a thread, it takes me to page 1, post 1 of that thread.the thread can be 10 pages long, but i still go to the top. pretty annoying. i'd like to get to the post that initiated that email to appear in my inbox.also, right after i post, i am taken to the top of that post. why?

Depending on how annoyed I was with Tim, I'd maybe pay more like 1%.Tim's job was to find a buyer.

One annoying thing I've seen with HUD is that if a property doesn't sell and the listing expires, they might hire another listing agent and lower the price, but they reset the 30-day period.

Signing checks and documents correctly and keeping funds separate is an annoyance, but I don't think it's that tricky to do.

Is there anyway to turn off when you guys "help" out by changing the frequency of how often I get keyword alerts if I don't happen to click on them for awhile since I can see from the headline that it doesn't interest me or god forbid I'm working and just skip it for a day here or there.It resets to weekly so then I get this thing with hundreds of threads and I don't look at anything.Additional peeve is that when I get something saying this is happening if I didn't have to go and try to reset it multiple times before it actually works it wouldn't be so damn annoying. 

Biggest annoyance with window units is balancing the size of the unit, placement, and number of available circuits.
