That kind of thing happened after 2008 and in some highly distressed submarkets thereafter but I haven't heard of anything like that recently.As for the difference, are you referring to the county's assessed value?

Well, we don’t own a G-5 like @Jay Hinrichs 🤣, and our process is much more local, but not much different in terms of borrower and property qualification.We only lend in Los Angeles and North Orange County.
