FB, LInkedIn, other social media?

I have done the sub30k thing with only 4 homes from out of state, but was able to translate and communicate it so that I've helped 100s of people do it themselves all over the country (You can look at my youtube channels, my webpages, for emails, linked in messages, youtube comments, my newsletter, and video testimonials on how many homes they were able to get because I helped them).

No Linked In?

I recently connected with a couple on LinkedIn and they were utilizing the Travel nurse strategy with a duplex on the east side and said they had great luck with it.

I got the name then found previous owners on facebook and linkedin.

But then again we did not have the Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple and Google dominate our lives as they do now, and they are all within very comfortable driving distance of Sunnyvale.

I have found more people through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn then I can tell you.My favorite example is where I located the owner of an abandoned home on Facebook.

The biggest thing I can recommend is for you to pick a niche, stick to it, and then get linked in with someone who is 2 or 3 years ahead of you.
