What are some starting tips you would give to someone interested in venturing into the Commercial Real Estate arena?

(I.e. entry level positions, bird dogging, go to books, networking opportunities, podcasts, etc.)

Hi Will,

I think Industrial might be an easier learning curve than construction development--but that depends on what you are bringing to the table when you start.
