I've done 80% in Little Rock on 3 properties, 2 in Kansas City, 3 in Northwest AR, Lawrence KS, Dayton, and 2 in Memphis - in the last 14 months.  

I am Lucky that I have a wife that has taken care of me for a half of a day and her boss has been so good that to us and has told her that she has to work there for a half day and work the other half day at home because she is a compuer programmer that has been supporting us and our daughter that is in college at the University of Arkansas that she is paying for because of her frugality and has been saving money for about 25 years.  

I know that I have to pay 1 year of insurance at closing, but how does the following years get paid, and does this apply to property taxes as well?
