Hello

My name is Elizabeth and I recently moved here from Arkansas and I was starting to wholesale real estate in Arkansas but life sometimes throws a curve ball and I am now here, with my family. When I was in Arkansas I had connections to other people who was also wholesaling and they gave me a lot of information on how to get started but to be honest I am have been completely lost since I moved here and I have no clue where or how to get started. I know I need contracts for both the seller and buyer and I do have copies of my contracts that I used in Arkansas but I do know that laws change from state to state. Any feedback anyone can provide will be extremely appreciated! I am anxious to get the ball rolling! Thank you!
