Hello, My name is Michael and I am a young investor just breaking into the game. I am located 30 minutes south of Branson,MO and am using my location as a strategy. I am really close to paying off my house and farm and am looking to put my extra money into a nightly rental business. I am open for any advice from any club's that has experience in this. I just signed a contract on my first property for my LLC. Thx in advance for anything
