David Greene is actually coming in this winter to speak at my quarterly investor luncheon. 

That sounds like fun and can't hurt my education on this.

I'll be buying another distressed small multifamily property within 2 months, repair it over the winter and have it leased this coming spring/summer.I went to the University of Minnesota and received a degree in Construction Management knowing that I wanted to get into real estate investing.

While sports may not be your thing, it is for many of our customers and it makes it a place people want to live because of them.Of course, we do have winter here which if you're looking at Florida will beat us from that standpoint any day.  

I am snowbidrding this winter for the last time and moving fulltime to the downtown Tampa area in May.Hope to hear from you.

That's part of the fun is seeing all the different ideas!

Obviously I have some concerns with investing in an area that actually snows.1)  Would a rehab be advisable in Indy during the fall or winter?  

She said she needs two months, I then told her I cant do a  2 month lease because it is too hard to rent out a house in MI in the winter.  

I also have gotten back into playing guitar of late and look to play out at some point for fun.
