Hello everyone, I am thinking of trying to purchase a house to rent out. I hope to learn a lot from this website. I am in the military and was just forced to move from California to Barksdale AFB, LA. I made about 60,000 off the sell of my house and have some money just sitting in the bank. I retire from the military in 7 and half years from now and would like to have some income coming in. This way I could retire and continue to make the same amount of money. Anyways I am trying to figure out if I can purchase a property, and hire a property manager and start income coming in. Well I guess it is time for me to start researching and I am glad to be part of this site.
