So, you can put them in an LLC that you own 99% of and your wife/partner owns 1% and put all the properties on a 1065 Partnership return.If you have enough insurance, the proper coverage and avoid "dumb" mistakes that void your coverage, you don't really need an LLC.

It won’t cost you anything and will have “someone in your corner” to work with a buyers agent.

I think the VAST majority of successful evictions are for failure to pay and those evictions should cookie cutter and simple to handle for the most part.

Hey @Justin Brown, what @John Underwood said is spot on.SLC has been restricting STRs for a long while now and it isn't going to get better.People who have STRs in areas where they are not allowed are breaking the law and will eventually pay the price.Having said that, you should check and see if there are certain areas where it is allowed in some way and that is why they exist there.

I like to look for locations that are good, and that I’d feel safe and comfortable living in if I was a single woman with a couple of kids.
