Hi everyone,

I’m Samantha Bartlett, and I’m excited to connect with others in this forum. I’m currently diving into real estate investing and management, with the goal of purchasing my first rental property in the next few years.

My son is graduating next year, and he has been interested in early investing since a young age. He may decide not to attend college, and I want to support his future by exploring real estate together. I see this as a great opportunity for both of us to learn, grow, and build something meaningful.

If there are any opportunities in my area where I can contribute or get involved, I’d love to hear about them. Looking forward to learning from and sharing insights with this community!
