FYI: the term TURNKEY means a rental with tenants in place, with cash flow (but you need to due diligence to show you that).While you can find "turnkey provider" companies ( which act like a broker between sellers and buyers), you can also find properties (both SFR & MFU) on the MLS, FSBOs (for sale by owner), and even here on BP.So a "turnkey opportunity" need not imply broker style commissions or an intermediary like a PM(property manager).Best wishes.
