Hello everyone, my name is Mike and I am 23 years old.  I've been reading on bigger pockets for about 8 months now. I have always had an interest in real estate and now I believe I am ready to start investing. I am working at two well paying jobs and hope to acquire my first rental property in Spring 2016. I am currently looking into student rentals about 30 minutes from me. I am also interested in single family or multifamily homes after I get started. My plan is to acquire my first property and sit on it for a year or two and learn more from experience. After that I plan to buy a property every year as a rental and trade up for mini apartments and so on. I also have an interest for buying land as my long term goal is to become a developer and build modern style homes. That is my long term plan set for about 10 years from now.
