I had a lot of success recently with FB marketplace and social media for my last 4 vacancies.

I was not able to take the classes that was offered @ 5oK and therefore, i have been reading on my own and following ppl on social media who are in the works of wholesaling and flipping.

If the company is on social media I would ask them about it publicly.

You need to start thinking about yourself as a business person/entrepreneur and not just a "real estate investor". 

I've now had my license for two weeks, joined Keller Williams, and am struggling to get in enough time blocks outside my current marketing work/family responsibilities just to set up my real estate agent systems (MLS, CRM, training, website, social media, etc.) 

For investors and entrepreneurs who are willing to navigate through the complexities of this emerging market, the returns can be tremendous.

Should I use paid, targeted advertising on Facebook or other social platforms (this I have practically 0 knowledge of)?
