Hey @Rene Bee Not trying to promote anything, I always suggest to people to install a Smart Home System (ADT,Vivint,Simplisafe) instead of DIY.

In general, it's a smart idea, but it's not usually an option when you are getting started unless you are paying cash. 

I want a team that is extremely smart, knowledgeable, trustworthy and skilled at what they do.
