Quantity not quality...or maybe it's stalking. 

B class off market rentals with distresed sellers will result in a lot different quantity than buying turkey, sorry, 'turnkey' OOS at full retail or buying A class off the MLS vs d class hood junkers.  

Most of the time when you order from a hotel linen provider, you have to buy in large quantity.

The most fundamental problem is that it promotes quantity over quality.

These are very light weight, pack easy and have awesome caloric quantity vs. their volume they take up.

It seems like this thread can be summarized this statement "Do I want quality or quantity?" 

. • Stable or increasing job quantity and quality - The value of a property is no better than the jobs around it.

We chose Memphis as it fit our needs for cashflow and opportunity to purchase higher quantity.

Without time and health the wealth doesn't mean squat.People get some success in real estate or their job or business and pour into that when working on their health, family, etc. is much harder so they become very unbalanced and do not have harmony in their lives.What you pass on what you leave is experiences and memories that live on in pictures, videos, and in the souls and hearts of your friends and family.

This is a proven experience that really helped me develop the audience's quality and quantity.
