King or queen, more bookings?

Getting ready to furnish our first STR. In your experience, both as a host and a guest, how much does the size of the bed impact the number of bookings you get? I know myself I usually look for king size bed. We have a 2/2 condo , bedrooms are 10x11, and 9x12. My first thought was 2 queens. But if I would get more bookings with a king maybe we should do that. Appreciate your thoughts and experience with this. Thanks and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

It depends on what you are doing with your STR. 3 scaffold builders will sleep on a King, 2 will sleep on a Queen. 2 smaller scaffold builders will sleep on a full. 1 scaffold builder to a twin. Remaining scaffold builders will sleep in a closet/sofa/wherever if the dimensions are right. If the weather is decent, they'll sleep in a vehicle in the driveway and use the house for the bathroom and kitchen. You can replace scaffold builders with painters. They are both on the bottom of the totem pole.
