SEO/PPC websites for wholesaling

Hey everyone

My bussiness partner and I are starting a direct mailing campaign in July. We also are looking into using a website, and using a combination of SEO and Google AdWords PPC techniques. Has anyone had any luck with this? I know different markets have different PPC rates and levels of SEO that would have to be done but are these sites good for bringing in leads? What are your PPC to lead ratios? How much money do you guys spend, how many leads does that generate and what market are you in?

Thanks so much for taking the time to read everyone!

"Has anyone had luck with this"...

Dude.

dude

DUUUUDE!

wait.

Let me show you my form entries:

That is the amount of leads I have received via the forms alone. This doesnt count in all the phone calls we get.

And the kicker?

There is $0 for PPC, $0 for any adds

The only thing I pay for is for hosting my investor carrot site.

People just don't get it.

SEO is great, but SEO alone is not going to get you any leads! You need to understand this!

Website design, colors you pic, font, your image, your rep, your credibility, THAT is what give you leads.

I have spent 1 year honing my SEO skills and tested and tested and tested credibility metrics and I have extracted out of all my research what works and what doesnt work. And I PROMISE you... MOST SEO companies and REI website companies simply get it wrong! And now I have realized that even the big REI site providers are copying me and are lagging behind me.

This is when you know you are doing it right.

So to answer your question...

We get about 10 to 40 leads a week. (I used to say between 20 and 40, but after a bit of digging in a lot of our leads are counted twice.. so the more accurate number right now is between 10 and 40 leads a week).

However these leads have a HIGH conversion ratio.

We vet the leads coming in and after our filter, what we have left over we sign between 1 every 2 walktrhoughs and 1 every 3 walkthroughs into contracts.

Al this without spending a cent in marketing, ads bla bla bla.

Here is a snap of our leads coming in.

I show this constantly because I am trying to help people out here on BP, They need to switch to SEO but it is hard for people to understand the benefits!
